We offer 4 primary varieties of pans manufactured by Garcima, Spain's premier paella pan manufacturer.
  • Polished Steel: Sturdy and fast heating,yet thin and strong, this is the traditional pan of Spain. Not recommended for the dishwasher.
  • Enameled Steel: Fast heating and low maintenance, enameled cookware is extremely easy to keep clean but is slightly fragile.
  • Stainless Steel: These easy to care for pans are strong, sturdy, and zero-maintenance. Dishwasher Safe.
  • 'Pata Negra' Restaurant Grade Polished Steel: Just like our polished steel pans, but made from extra-thick metal to make these pans virtually indestructible. Not recommended for the dishwasher.
